Nel paese dei bambini è nata per partecipare a un concorso dedicato alla sicurezza sul lavoro, tema ostico per i grandi, figurarsi per i piccini.
Per raccontarlo a loro ho deciso allora di mettermi completamente nei panni di un cinquenne e guardare il mondo del lavoro, una cosa astratta ma anche su cui spesso si sogna e ci si identifica con mamma e papà.
Così il mondo si è ribaltato e invece del paese dei grandi, è nato un paese dei bambini, dove sono loro che vanno a lavorare e fanno sempre lavori molto belli, quelli che tutti i bambini fantasticano da piccoli.
Mio fratello per esempio sognava di fare il guardiano della Torre Eiffel e da questa bellissima immagine è arrivata l’ispirazione per uno dei personaggi principali.
